Shipping & Delivery Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

At PIEduTech, fulfillment of all online courses, including access to the course membership website and all corresponding digital content, is provided within 24-48 hours of the purchase of the course.

Your purchased course(s) will be added to your account for access anytime during the subscription period. You will also receive an order receipt and special instruction(s) if there is any.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Please carefully read the description for the specific product(s) you choose, as it will clearly state if it includes any specific time or date.

Delivery of the services may be delayed by a few days with respect to high volume of orders. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or telephone.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
All orders of physical products are processed within 1-2 business days. Many of our physical products are event-based, which means they are included as part of an energizing process held on a significant future date at a significant energy site. These products are processed for shipping 3-5 days post-event.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please carefully read the description for the specific product(s) you choose, as it will clearly state if it includes any specific time or date.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is included in the displayed price of each item.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. This email will contain your tracking number(s). Depending on the shipping method of your order, your tracking number(s) will be active within 1-4 days after you receive it/them.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

PIEduTech is not responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

PIEduTech is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged or your package is lost, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund & Return Policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

We offer a full money-back guarantee for all digital purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the downloadable product you have purchased from us, you can request a refund, no questions asked, within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

In order to be eligible for a refund on a physical product, you must return the product within 14-30 calendar days of your purchase (depending on the product). The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

After we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14-30 calendar days (depending on the product) have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. Customized products will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

If you want to cancel a subscription you have with us, please email us at support@phonemicintelligence.org.

When you cancel a subscription with us, you will continue to receive your subscription benefits until the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund of any portion of the subscription fees you paid for the current or prior billing periods.

Example 1: If we process a monthly subscription cancellation on June 7, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until July 6 (30 days) and there will not be a refund of any part of the monthly subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.

Example 2: If we process an annual subscription cancellation after 30 days of the first day of the subscription that begins June 1, you will continue to receive the benefits of that subscription until May 31 of the next year and there will not be a refund of any part of the annual subscription fee. You will neither be billed for nor receive the benefits of the cancelled subscription after your current billing cycle ends.

Do not wait until the end of a billing or subscription period to make a subscription cancellation request because such requests are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after we receive them.

We will confirm your subscription has been cancelled by email.
